Just Breathe...

On a rough day, follow these steps:
1. Get something you like to listen to
2. Go to a place you relax at
3. Think about the bad things that happened that day
4. Throw them away
5. Remember the good things from that day( like fried noodles for    lunch)
6. Breathe


Then let tomorrow be a new day.
